The Identification Bureau is available for fingerprinting to Stamford residents OR Employees of a Stamford based company where the fingerprinting is a requirement of their employment. Proof of employment is required at the time of fingerprinting.

Tentative hours for fingerprinting are Tuesday & Thursdays from 5pm to 8pm and also Saturdays from 9am to 1pm. There is a fee of five dollars per fingerprint card and a photo ID is required at the time of fingerprinting.

Appointments cannot be made and we cannot guarantee the availability of an Identification Officer even during scheduled hours. We suggest that you call 977-4408 just prior to coming in to confirm the availability of an Identification Officer..
